What are the five Tibetan rites?

The Tibetan rites are five powerful yoga exercises that come from old Eastern teachings. According to this philosophy these exercises will improve your general well being, passion for life and prolong your life.

The Tibetan rites are described as a division of Hatha yoga. The rites were originally most likely brought from India to Tibet, many centuries ago. The Tibetan monks found a combination of effective yoga exercises that we call the ‘Tibetan rites’.

The rites are selected exercises that get us to stretch, tighten, twist and bend our bodies. In this way we stimulate the energy centers, or as they are also known as ‘the chakras’. The exercises make the chakras rotate faster and in sync with each other. This improves the energy flow in our bodies, and give us more energy and vitality.

It’s been said that the chakras work with the seven endocrine glands. These regulate important hormone function in our bodies. If the endocrine system doesn’t function properly, it can result in illness, premature ageing etc.

The chakras play an important role in how the five rites have a healing and anti-ageing effect.

The more you work on the exercises, the more you will gain from them. The rites work on the whole system and have positive effect on the whole body. Other than the physical well being, you will also become more aware and be able to think more clearly. The key to good results is to do the exercises regularly every day. Expect results, but be patient. It takes 15-20 minutes every day and that requires discipline. The results will come gradually, and many don’t understand that and stop doing the exercises and then discover the reward.

I have personally good experience with these exercises. My body is stronger, more flexible and I have more stamina. My skin is softer and I have more overall energy. I haven’t been sick for many years. I also see that where I had grey hair, the hair is now dark blond and the same can be said for the growth on the chin…( and the wife is pleased as well).
